I've been in many Casinos all around the world these past 10 years. And I can tell you, none of them has been even close to be as terrible as this one. On may 15th 2018, my wife and I went to this casino looking for some blackjack tables. My wife is not very used to go to casinos and i wanted to show her that it can be fun. So we found a 200$ min bet table (20€), my wife is not used to gamble so she was kinda uncomfortable playing these stakes. That's the reason why I tried to make it funnier calling the cards and calling the blackjacks. Unfortunatly we had a big losing streak that left us a few chips, we decided to put all of them (about 100€) and luckily we hit a 21!!. Now we just need the bank not to hit a blackjack. His first card is a Queen and the second is ... an Ace!...:( The bank wins... at this very moment the dealer rose his fist and shouted "YES!!" I thought he was just trying to make us laugh, but I understood he was just really satisfied that we lost all our chips. He kept staring at us with determination like saying "yeah what you gonna do about it?" My wife and I were litterally stunned, not knowing what to say. The supervisor saw the scene and just told the dealer to take a break, no apologize no nothing to us, they just let us leave the Casino like this. My wife was so shocked that she didn't want to go back to a Casino for the rest of our trip, and probably never again.

I was expecting a high standing service and staff from this well known Casino in Macau, you can just imagine how disapointed i've been.
