This place is a must try in the region. Expect a local atmosphere, beautiful natural views on top of the mountain (climb the stairs next to the changing rooms), three interconnected “pools” from very hot to a bit warm. The food is very good and quite local (expect a lot of meat). Try the parrillada (a mix of different meat). I would not recommend staying over for the night at the hotel though; its quite old. I recommend booking private transport to get there and to wait for you until you are done. I usually spend 3 hours there. The place is fit for kids. This has to be the best hot springs in Colombia. It is big, with different types of pools to enjoy some hotter than others but hot all the same. The hotel rooms are comfortable but at night it can get really cold in those rooms. This has to be a downside to the place, it could do with some heating. The food is quite good and the service is also good. Access to the place can be complicated it is really far up the mountain and most of the road is off road. But all together a must...

One of the most pleasant hot springs in the country. The place is amazing, you can have a really good time there. We bought the Vital passport that included transport and a full day of the experience + lunch. We had a super relaxing experience, the only downside was that the guests (people staying the night) almost never wore face masks and that was supposed to be mandatory.
