Reborn Spa - in La Fortuna — Attraction in La Fortuna

I’m using my husband’s account to write this review ☺️ .I just had to take a moment to share our incredible experience!

We visited on June 30, 2025, after a few jam-packed days of activities, and this spa visit was exactly the reset we needed before heading to our next destination. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a lush, serene garden filled with butterflies. The river beside the spa created the most peaceful backdrop; and to top it off, a friendly neighborhood dog joined us and even brought us a rock to play catch. It was the sweetest welcome.

Rebecca and Monica were truly something special. Their hospitality was top-notch, and God bless their hands ; they were amazing! I had the volcanic healing massage and it did not disappoint; my husband opted for the chocolate massage. Between the sound of the flowing river, the gentle aroma of oils and candles, and the expert hands of our therapists, we were both transported to a state of complete peace and relaxation.

We make it a point to book a spa experience in every place we travel — and this one topped them all. It truly exceeded our expectations.

The fresh coconut water at the end was the perfect finishing touch. Rebecca and Monica also shared some great local recommendations that made us feel even more at home. We left feeling renewed, grateful, and already dreaming of...

Rebeca and the team were amazing! We left saying this was the best massage we have ever had. My husband and I chose the couples massage which included a complimentary facial. Not only was the communication leading up the massage wonderful, but the location itself was breathtaking. The spa area is located on the side of the river, and you take a path lit with hanging lights to get down there. Having a massage with river sounds in the background made even it even more relaxing. However it wasn’t just the location that was great, the service itself was amazing! The care they did for the massage itself was very professional. The small extra steps they did to make us comfortable (turning up the heating bed under us, or wrapping our feet to keep them warm), was such amazing service.

This is an incredible gem! The private setting alongside the river is truly spectacular and the sounds of the water and the forest are so relaxing. Monica gave me the best massage I’ve ever had and she was very attentive in checking in on how much pressure I wanted. Monica was also super caring and helpful after the massage when I was having trouble with my phone reception and got me connected to WiFi so I could order an Uber. My interactions with Rebecca for booking were also super easy and she was very quick to respond, and even texted to follow up and make sure I had gotten my ride.
