Cozy place with simple decor (Pub-style). Staff are friendly. Cannot really judge the service because last time I went there (Dec 2021) there was only one other table apart from our occupied so service was lightning. The time before (summer) it was jammed full of people and service was exactly what you'd expect in that situation (slow, but functioning + ordering at the bar).
Food is what you'd expect: low-cost, no frills, but decent portions. Very good value for the money. There is a wood burner in the middle, which was very nice (December). Open year-round, which is great if you're a local or one of the few off-season tourists.

The staff are excellent, you never have to wait to get a drink, they are non-stop 'running around' taking Orders and serving drinks 😁 They also, make sure you are looked after, even offering better tables and seats as the come available (without you asking) really great customer service 👍😎 Drinks are good and pretty reasonably priced👍 They serve the 'Black stuff' too (well it is an Irish Bar 🤣) which tastes great, we didn't try the food, so can't comment. Read moreHad a drink in here last sept after I arrived to my hotel across the Rd .As I was a single women traveling alone and know the resort very well I thought I'd try this bar. Big mistake as they obviously charge lone single ppl more money for there drinks .Larger was nice and cold and must admit refreshing, but €7.40 a pint really ?? Charged this by server and then served I assumed was the owner . Not very good if there scamming single travelers like this ,didn't see a drinks menu and asked for local beer which will either be Keo or Leon ? And definitely not...
