Aquasvět — Attraction in okres Chomutov

If you come to have some water fun this is the place to go for. Kids love it and so do adults. Regarding the "dinning area" I must admit I am not really used to the option having something to eat within the "swimming" area so although an interesting idea I also understand why this practice is not supported anywhere else as it simply doesn't add up (you pay for the time to use the pool area not for eating..right?, food too close to where hygiene is quite the key...or you just add a bit more chlorine in the water?)... we did use it but it would be ideal to have some food after maybe with some view over the pool(s). I think the cleanliness is acceptable - if I compare to other "posh" places the difference is very small as it simply depends on people being reasonable or selfish careless individuals. It looks it's never really that busy in here - I mean, again, compared to other places where busy means huge queue for every slide and finding your child 2 meters away being a challenge. I believe there is a huge space for improvements, mainly as to the whole experience "flow" - staff being stuck to some routine. Great place which needs a bit more vibe...

I don't recommend this place. The facilities are ok, but the staff is extremely rude and simply dislike children.

They whistled at my children constantly for ridiculous offenses. At one point we were told not to splash water outside of the pool!

We often go to Aquamarien in Marienberg, just across the mountain in Germany, so much better place! Drive the extra 30 mins for a decent and much more fun place.

Last note- food. Well, there is absolutely nothing edible apart from ice cream. Everything is deep fried, junk food, instant coffee only and...

Aquasvět jsme navštívili s dětmi dvakrát a naše pocity jsou všelijaké. Co se týče koupání a vyžití pro děti, které je bezkonkurenční v širokém okolí, doporučuji. Nicméně jednání starší dámy u kasy je otřesné. Arogantní, protivná, očividně si libuje v ponižování zákazníků. Když jsme poprvé odcházeli z areálu bazénu a nevěděli ještě jak to tam "chodí", drželi jsme se odcházejících před námi. Prošli jsme bez potíží, tak jako další před námi, vstupním turniketem odebírajícím náramky, rozloučili se s příjemnou mladší pokladní a odešli. Při druhé návštěvě bazénu, z které jsem odcházela otřesená z rány do nosu, jež mi omylem uštědřil jiný zákazník a s ucpaným nosem, aby mi nekapala všude krev, jsem se opět vydala ven stejnou cestou. Ale to jsem ještě netušila, jak je trestné zmýlit se a vyslechla si arogantní výstup starší pokladní, zaměřený na mou inteligenci, protože jsem odcházela špatným turniketem. Křičela na mně před dětmi a ostatními návštěvníky, neodpustila si ani hlasité narážky, že chci odejít bez placení útraty v bufetu. Díky jednomu omylu a neznalosti tamního provozu jsem byla degradována na negramota a zloděje. Ani bambule na nose mi nezkazila náladu tak, jako jednání starší paní pokladní a ještě dlouho budu já i děti na tento velmi nepříjemný...
