Snowtubing Park — Attraction in okres Trutnov

I have never ever experienced such poor service! We buy a service and what we are met with is a man who absolutely should not have anything to do with children. He shouts at everyone, yells at the children and shouts at us because the sleds for slipping away (even though there is nothing to hold them in place). I had bought 16 trips, but after 1 trip I would not put up with the way I was spoken to. We buy a service, so the point is that you should be guided and helped, not shouted at and scolded. I have written to them on messenger, but have not received an apology or any money back. 1 star because the woman I bought tickets from was nice. I can read that it has been a problem before with that man. Make sure that man in the green shirt and black ski pants is fired...

Very unfriendly Guy at the Lift station. Not sensitive to kids, he just shouts around loud if something is not going according his mind. Track is a good idea but not prepared good for different weights of smaller and bigger kids. We tried snowtubing in here. The slope is nice for kids. Overall, good experience except the rude guy at cashier desk who was lecturing us that we used a wrong cash desk window to pay although previous time this was exactly the same window selling the tickets. This is what is leaving extremely unpleasant memories-people who are not nice and not welcoming at a spot where the plan is to relax...
