As soon as we entered the restaurant we were told there was only pizza and no other dishes. The service, at the same time the owner, came across as very snotty! Ordered pizza, looked very good from afar. That's it, the bottom was burnt, no spices whatsoever, pizza only tasted of tomato paste. When we went to wrap the rest of the pizza that didn't taste good, he threw the wrapper on the counter. 10 crowns extra for packaging. Tips were automatically added to the bill. In conclusion, the shop should be closed and the owner's license revoked. Absolutely unfriendly owner and a very bad service!!!!!

Very strange, we came in family. At the first table on the right sat people who got pasta and other food! The heater was cold too. I feel sorry for you as the owner, kick out your cheeky arrogant waitress. In addition, they had a restaurant tester who told me the same thing about their service. We had the pleasure of staying here for a ski trip in January. Very comfortable rooms and the complimentary breakfast was very welcome. |We found it really easy to find the place and were checked in and showed to our rooms in a flash. |Trattoria Lucio is the star of the show, with its authentic Italian vibes and amazing food. I have some of the best pizza of my life there - including time spend in Italy! Such a warm welcome from all the staff and even live music. Defiantly not one...

The best accommodation experience I had so far. Very friendly, English speaking owner and Staff. They accepted my last minute request for early check-in, welcomed us with drinks(coffee & lemonades), gave us Yellowpoint discount card. The room was clean. The Breakfast was apt, healthy and with vegetarian options. On top of all the location is very close to bus stop and it has authentic Italian Restaurant. I would definitely recommend this...
