Unfortunately not authentic mexican food, nor tex-mex. It tasted more like a czech interpretation of mexican themed food.

Let's start with the pros: •Service was good • guacamole was good • chips were tasty and fresh, and the cheese on them was great! Plus they came with a really good garlicky dip and with an awesome marinara sauce.

Now the not so good: Overall, the dishes (chicken nachos, beef tacos, beef burrito) were strangely sweet, as if BBQ sauce was added to them. They also used surprising spices that we didn't expect in mexican cuisine. Salsa in chips and salsa was more of a really good marinara sauce than mexican salsa (iykyk).

Nothing Mexican in a Mexican restaurant. Chicken soup- was made from pork stock and no seasoning. Pork ribs- bland Chilli con carne- no flavour Boiled rice- luckily was good.

We sent the soup back after having 1 spoon and the waiter charged us for it on the bill. I told her that I sent the soup back and she replied, “nobody else is going to eat it”. I literally had to say to her that I would not pay for something that I have not eaten. She then went to take it off. After paying the bill she threw the receipt on the table and left.

Customer service - I would rate a big zero.

I noticed most reviews are positive but our experience was unfortunately terrible. We ordered food and drinks, after over an hour we asked about the status of our food we were given an apology and a “free drink” saying we will revive a discount once we pay since it has taken over an hour. After we ate and asked for the bill, the bill included the supposed free drink and 20% discount. Once I mentioned I am not going to pay for the supposed free drink the waiter would not let me leave without either paying for the drink that was promised to be free or leaving a tip. Unfortunately none of those were viable options due to terrible service and trying to sneak us “free” drinks to pay. I love Mexican food but please...
