Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life! Avoid this place at any cost. My friends and I had been hiking for the entire day, and was looking for a place to eat. We arrived at this place and waited for some service. After standing there for 5 minutes we went inside and asked the waiter if we could sit down and have some menus. After sitting outside for 20 minutes without getting the menus, we switched tables to make ourselves more visible. STILL NO SERVICE WAS GIVING. We tried to call the waiter but was obviously being ignored?!?! Can you believe this??!! We sat down at the new table for another 10 minutes, but we were clearly not welcome at this fanatic place. Needless to say that our friends had gotten served, but also felt that they were not appreciated! And they were even harassed by a stupid robot waiter the ENTIRE time!! I would highly recommend never going here (not even to my worst enemy)!!! It’s not that hard being a good restaurant, and I know because I’ve been a waiter for 2 years! If you don’t like serving customers, just close your shop. This is unacceptable and action needs to be taken...

Please, just dont spend your money and mental health in this restaurant. The interior itself looks very nice, but the food and staff are just absolutely terrible and rude. Food is overpriced, which is basically a case everywhere in Spindleruv Mlyn, but this food is really bad considering the price. The only thing that could save this restaurant would be the staff, but god damn, all of them are rude as hell. It feels like you are not wanted there, dont even greet you, they look like you are literally annoying them with your presence. The best part is that they have messed up our order and acted like its another day, like its a normal thing. This is a 100% tourist trap. Honestly, for these prices you could have a really, really nice dinner in the center of Prague. So no, dont go here, dont support these terrible people with your money, they...

Great food and hospitality. I read all reviews after my dinner and i was shocked how different experience people can get.

We order: carpaccio 100g buffala caprese salad lamb chops tiramisu cabernet merlot riserva 2019 (you have to try it!) espresso

But what we received was completely different: waiter help us with sides and convinenced to order potatoes with garlic (must try!) waiter give us a hot milk foam (a side) to espresso chief perfectly cooked meat in lamb chops (pinkish) singer gave us a pleasent experience and wonderful time spent together last but not least: we didnt like it small table for two so we asked for bigger. Wonderful waiter (male blonde) help us and find a bigger table to upgrade our night to wonderful experience.

I would say, everytime when you see someone: start with smile. Maybe not eveytime will be perfect...
