I have been really impressed by the amount of excursions they do offer and set up a plan of taking the ones I am interested in. I went to the address posted here (Calle carlos perez ricart 13, Plaza Virgen, Arroyo Hondo 2, santo domingo DN 10605, Dominican Republic) during the listed office hours. I spent RD$ 400 for Ubers to the location just to find out that the office has been moved to a new location and is open only Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. I asked them for the new address by WhatsApp and went there on Monday with an Uber ... well, we were close but they were not any signs or anything so the cab driver called them. The person responding the phone call did not even know it and promised to write a WhatsApp within 5 minutes. Of course he didn't. We drove back and even during the trip (15+ minutes later) there was no message and I doubt there will ever be one. Could have been a nice company for excursions but unfortunately not...

Third-class customer service by the owner itself. She was rude talking to us, yelling and mean, and hanging the phone twice. This is not a way to treat customers, whether you have the reason or not. The part you enjoy in Isla Catalina, although is not the best part in the island (which is Playa Grande), is fairly good. The best point was the kindness and behavior of the boat crew. If it wasn't for them, we would have asked for a partial refund.

It's a shame, in nowadays situation, that an owner looses manners so easily as she did. Definitely not...

SANTO DOMINGO TRIP NOT RECOMMENDED

Contratamos para este día 16 de junio de 2024 el tour de Santo Domingo desde Punta Cana y ha sido un desastre desde el primer minuto.

Vinieron a recogernos un poco más de media hora más tarde de lo acordado Nos cambiaron de autobuses muchas veces antes de emprender el viaje lo cuál hizo que se hiciera eterna la espera y la ida en general El autobús donde fuimos no tenía aire acondicionado y hacia un calor insoportable El guía es muy ruidoso cuando habla, formando alboroto con el micrófono impidiendo un viaje tranquilo y tampoco haciéndolo ameno. Además no sabe guiar: no muestra interés en que se encuentre más o menos reunido todo el grupo para explicar las cosas, además de tenernos en el autobús por Santo Domingo para arriba y para abajo y enseñándonos cosas muy poco interesantes dejándose otras importantes sin enseñar Respecto a la comida/bebida incluida en el viaje hay que destacar que aunque la comida no está mal y es abundante, no se nos ofreció una botella de todo el dia con el calor que había. Nos dejó en una tienda donde nos dijo que la bebida estaba incluida y que podíamos coger botellas de agua y era mentira ya que nos hicieron pagar El tour duró menos de lo esperado, ya que indica que finaliza a las 17:30 y acabó una hora y media antes y, además, la última media hora nos dejó esperando en una calle aleatoria al lado de la tienda de bebidas.

Ha sido una perdida de dinero y no...
