Taiping Lake Gardens is one of the most beautiful lakes/ park in Malaysia. This amazing lake offers hours of fun activities and sightseeing opportunities for joggers, families, visitors including nature lovers. We saw a hornbill, several monitor lizards, monkeys and many birds around the lakes. It’s such an awesome experience to take a morning or evening walk around the lake to feel relaxed and refreshed. One gets to savour the breathtaking views and serenity of the lakes. There are numerous walking paths and rain trees providing shade, making it easy for joggers and visitors to explore on foot. The 100+ year old rain trees are amazing and majestic looking!

Very beautiful place with super views. we enjoyed our walk around the lakes and the park is well kept. Many friendly locals. One of the highlights of our visit to Malaysia

In my short 30 minutes walk, I was very lucky to meet a troop of Dusky Leaf monkeys, they were just so adorable. Then the cannonball flowers with exotic fragrance, I smelt them before I actually saw them. Lastly an iguana. Not to forget to mention the lions roars. It was truly a very fruity experience.

Such a beautiful place, could walk around here for hours so beautiful and peaceful. Play areas for children, bike hire available, nice to see so many people exercising in the area. I extended my stay in taiping due to it being so relaxing and beautiful, would definitely recommend if you are in taiping

Enjoyed the unique RainTrees Walk where i can see the branches bend over the road and dip into the lake. Now the trees have to be proped up to preserve it. It is a Good thing that cars are not allowed to drive through under the cars!!! There are many paths for walks, exercise and even bicycles for rent. There are cycle boats for rent to ride on the lake. This Garden has been well taken care of and lots of beautiful greeneries good for photos. I Saw White flamingos and you can White Dots on trees in the evening when the flamingos nested. A place of natural beauty which is a must for nature lovers and health fitness geeks. Oh yes l, Taiping Zoo is just next door, i can hear the elephants roar too.
