Nafis Kitchen Restaurant — Restaurant in Perak

I will definitely give a minus star if i can. Ate here with my big family. Ordered variety of food. Was excited to receive this tomyam kelapa at first, due to the deco and it taste ok. One by one food arrive n when my sister recieved her food, she ordered nasi goreng belacan, ate halfway n found roaches/bugs in the rice. Make an official complaint to the workers, they call their 'superior' to investigate. N the superior came "Saya ganti baru, mungkin dari udang kering" Translated to "ill replace ur order, bugs/roaches could be from the dried shrimp" R u in a freaking mind?would u eat another dish if u found any bugs/roaches in ur food???????! No one in their right mind will eat or continue dining in such place! I only ate like 3 spoon of my keuwteow kungfu as i recieved my food quite late n i can't even continue eating my food despite im starving n im pregnant. Legit kembang tekak nak sambung makan and boleh nak ganti makanan sama. 🤮🤢 Will never come here again or will never suggest this kind of restaurant to anyone. I can accept if ur food taste okay, but can't tolerate unhygienic food. Now i wonder how blind is ur cook till he/she cant differentiate from a shrimp or a roaches😱🤮🤢 or how dirty is ur kitchen till this kind of behaviour is acceptable...

Garlic Cheese Naan - only taste the garlic and it's hard to find the cheese inside. Cheese Naan - I can't find the cheese it seems like a normal naan. Beef Keema - to salty Fried Rice - we know that you prepared the fried rice in a bundle but please send a warm or hot fried rice not the cold one... Kueh Teow Goreng - a little burnt and tasteless Maggi Goreng - Please taste the food before send it to the customers... Tandoori Chicken - I'm not sure whether the have a taste bud or not.. it's...

As a disclaimer, it was near closing hours as I went here. So, that will be the basis of my experience here. The food was okay and the prices were not too cheap but not too expensive. I ordered the Nasi Goreng Seafood and the taste was a bit bland but edible (in my opinion). The portions were good. The service was quick and the waitress was accomodating. The decorations and the atmosphere there were beautiful. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. So overall, I had an okay...
