Easily one of the best Boba Taste and Flavors in Cairo…
However, with the growing demand, it’s very obvious that this is the first time the owners have done this and are overwhelmed with managing it correctly.
You would expect that with time they would learn how to handle traffic and peak times better,
It’s ridiculous the wait times, and endless chatter from the cashiers with every single person ordering you can literally hear full on Random Convos meanwhile the queue extends till out of the shop.
The system in place to collect orders is confusing for the barista himself adding to the wait time as he tries to look for and pair 10s of recipes with 10s of cups.
Its just a shame that you have to wait 45 mins + for a drink.
In the beginning of their journey it was excusable but now its been many months and hope they fix the issue with professional cashiers and a much more...
Read moreHalf the time we went to Yokozuna in the past year, they were out of the medium cups. Today we went and they were out of Taro, which is a popular bubble tea that is ordered more than the others. Yokozuna is certainly one of the best bubble tea cafes in the area, but unfortunately whoever handles inventory is costing us the price of buying the bigger cups/finishing whatever stock of flavors they have at the moment. All in all, if they just fix the cup/flavor issue, it'd be a 5/5 from me. I do hope they are reading this and getting on the issue, because it's been ongoing for a year now and half the other bad reviews are from cup issues.
EDIT: today we went to yokozuna, 30 min before they closed and they had the audacity to tell us they just served their last batch of tapioca balls. And they still had a whole 30 min of being open. So instead of cooking a new batch, they decided to dismiss us instead...
Read moreIt was my first time in this branch and when the staff knew, they gave me a brief about the store, the best sellers and the secret menu as well! They were friendly and the wait wasn't long. I order Taro Boba as an Asian recommendation, it was my first time and I actually loved it! It has this appealing purple color and the taste is a bit like biscuits which was unexpected! The Boba was somehow fresh considering the order was 11pm and it had the right amount of chewing to it. The prices are kinda above average but not that bad compared to the portion sizes they have and overall it was a nice experience. I'd recommend going here if it's your...
