Elmwood Fair Grounds OTB & Casino — Attraction in Louisiana

I have been playing here for years and today will be the last day I ever play. Assistant manager Dawanna was absolutely rude and embarrassing to me I was on my phone my friend texted me but she say it was she walked by me stopped and said you can’t be in here not playing mind you I just spent 100 dollars so I put more money in and continue my text she came back to tell me I’m still not actively playing don’t matter what you got in there lol what!! So I can’t stop and take a phone call or text what you doing like that you really don’t have to be so rude and miserable I literally was coolin minding my business and you came at me for no reason. The people that heard her said that was out of pocket that I was totally not even rude even after the fact she came at me 3 times I play at my own pace for one two I just lost money three I didn’t know phone aren’t allowed while playing she was rude for no reason at all I definitely feel like it was because of a certain thing and I will report her I think I will be talk with an attorney about being treated like trash after losing money in that place sad...

Highly recommended. So many hot machines and such great staff!!! Notably, Ms. Kathy goes above and beyond to and makes everyone feel welcomed. It wasn't the same monotonous and miserable service you get at the other OTB/local small casinos because of Ms. Kathy. Seriously, 5-star service. Heck, she could be this place's good luck charm! With that being said, everyone who enjoys a little gambling or just video poker should 100% go to Elmwood Fair Grounds OTB & Casino. You are bound to win big or even a little. I'd also like to add that the bathrooms were nice and clean. Too many times these establishments don't keep up with the hygienic level in the restroom, but have no fear this one does. I was literally playing at a machine someone texted me I had just finished my last spin and sat there to text my friend and the assistant manager came over and rudely told me I can’t be in there not playing I said ok I put more money in she came back to me and said you not playing I don’t care if you got money in there you not actively playing you can’t be in here like wow so rude I don’t care I feel like she singled me out every one around that heard her said was down bad for that and out of character she had no reason for that.
