An amazing Addis adventure. Loved every minute! We serendipitously met Yonatan. It made our short stay in Addis Ababa one that I’ll remember for a long time. Despite having visited before, I learnt more from him in a few hours and saw more of the city than I could ever have hoped for, including the recycling operations at Africa’s largest market and taking local transportation. So grateful that we ran into him. If you’re in Addis, even for a few hours on a layover (as we were) I’d highly recommend reaching out to him. It’ll be enriching.

Seriously, you’ve got to get Oyta from Oyta Ethiopia Tour as your guide. First off, he's Hamer tribe royalty, so you’re not just another camera-toting tourist – you're practically family. Plus, even though he’s got that youthful glow, he's been leading tours since forever. You’ll be in the best hands, trust me. The Omo Valley’s tribes and nature? They’re so stunning, you'll feel like you're in a postcard – but with way better stories to tell 🤩
