It was great fun. I was here week 12. During the break for Swedish danish and a few English people. The first day the line was very long and people stood in it for hours which I could not recommend. The second day I became friends with one of the security guards since they have the same guards at foolie and coco. He was really nice to me. But I did see the security guards be very rough on a fair amount of other people. The guard was very nice and let me skip the line and helped me get my friends in when the it was full. It was a very nice place especially the last few hours before closing. Since we didn’t have to stress to coco after sling to get in we could instead ski and the go home and return for coco later when the line was huge. It would take at least 90 min to get to the front of the line. But luckily we could skip the line. The line is only a problem if you’re younger and you don’t know anybody. If going to this place I recommend being friendly towards the security since they helped me out a lot during my week. One thing I also reacted to was how the the security confiscated somebody’s laser pointer since he was shining it in people’s faces. The were really rough with him but I didn’t mind that. That was justified. But the day afterwards the security guards were using it to shine in people’s faces who broke the rules. For example if somebody was standing on a ledge they shouldn’t t be. I think that was pretty stupid of the and that it is a liability for the owner if somebody hurts themselves or get blinded by the laser. It was a very fun bar since I was there with all my friends from my town...
Read moreAbout to enter the bar I see the bouncer who was covering the exit to the bar hit a girl in the back of the head because she entered the wrong way. He grabbed her by her hood of her coat and her hair and pilled her out backwards and she almost fell over. She was english and he was screaming at the top of his lungs at her in french and was one of the most aggressive bouncers ive ever seen, he had major anger problems.
Then going into the bar, i get punched and called a “stupid english c word” by one of their “regulars” who was high and massively drunk, security would not remove him and didnt do anything to help except “have a word with him”, because he goes regularly, does that justify letting them hurt a young woman? At the end of the day, english tourists account for a huge percentage of this companys profits, if they dislike the english or are going to treat us this way then dont serve us and loose a lot of your business, but have respect for your english customers liek you to your french. I love going to apres but this was a really scary and horrible experience and totally ruined our night. Im sure they will respond saying theyll look into this and agree it is wrong but i see theres a lot of others who have experienced violent behaviour here. Will be filing...
Read moreDangerous. Be careful. If you having a good time the bouncers could turn on you and when they do….. my and some of my family went there and were having a good time. Admittedly we had had a few and drank out of a hip flasks - st most we should have been ‘asked’ to leave. I was thrown to the floor and kicked. My nephew tried to help me up and move me away from them and he was pepper sprayed. My 18yo son, then tried to help me and he was punched in the face and given a bloody nose. I couldn’t ski for the rest of my holiday due to the injury to my knee and back. The pathetic little manager hid behind his bouncers and laughed when I asked from my goggles and hi flask back that were ripped off me. So not only are the thugs, but also thieves. Reading other reviews on various sites, it would appear this is NOT a one...
