The Bureau des Guides was very responsive and made it easy to book. I highly recommend their guides for a wonderful skiing experience at Val d’Isère. Skiing with Jérôme was a highlight of my family’s week at Val d’Isère. We learned so much and ventured to the far reaches of this vast and spectacular area. We had not skied here before and we could not have done nearly so much on our own. We loved having a guide and Jérôme was great. He gave lots of good advice. J'ai attendu 35min et le bureau des guides n'a jamais ouvert... après 40min j'ai laissé des messages sur le portable des guides transmis par l'hôtesse de l'office de tourisme.
