Set on the top .. overlooking gold beach.. The memorial garden displays metal artwork of soldiers in battle... There is a raised view point nearby from which you can see the remains of the artificial harbour and bay of the landings in which these brave men Landed on D Day all those years ago... Parking is available nearby for just a few Euro...we didn't stay long as we were traveling on... so we just parked on the grass verge a few yards on... From the memorial you can walk down to the beach and the little village nearby...
