My family and I had a fantastic 2-day stay at D-Day Aviators Manoir. My 10-year-old son selected the hotel because of its D-Day aviation memorabilia, which is fantastic and includes the cockpit of a plane in the dining room. Most importantly, to me as an American who has encountered some unwelcoming locals on our trip to France, the couple who owns the Manoir are warm and welcoming. As we were leaving, my 8-year-old asked if we could come back to the hotel on a future trip. I definitely will if we visit the Normandy coast in the future. I would give the D-Day Aviators Le Manoir 6 stars if that...
Read moreI can’t say enough good things about this bed & breakfast. This was our first visit to the Normandy region and friends of ours had highly recommended that we stay here. Anne Florence was so warm & welcoming from the moment we checked in. Our rooms were in a separate building a couple of blocks from where we checked in. There was a full kitchen and seating area on the first floor. Our room was on the first floor and the couple we were traveling with stayed on the second floor. The rooms were lovely and very comfortable with wonderfully updated bathrooms and a small kitchen area. There is WWII aviation memorabilia everywhere. On the day we checked out, Anne Florence showed us more of the memorabilia in the main house as well as her extensive bonnet collection, which was quite impressive...
