Ziyaretçiler, parkı gezerken bu tarihi yapıyı da görme fırsatı bulabilirler. Su kulesi, Colmar'ın zengin tarihini yansıtan önemli bir yapıdır ve mimarisiyle dikkat çekmektedir. Şehri ziyaret edenler, bu kuleyi görerek Colmar'ın geçmişine dair daha derin bir anlayış kazanabilirler.
