Parc de la Tire — Attraction in Gex

Great park in Ferney Voltaire, actually it is the best park in pays de Gex with the one in Divonne opposite the old station. Is has many climbing option for kids of all ages and has a summer bar with many choice of food and drinks. You can even pay by card! Different associations are present to show their activities on weekends like LudiKraken, a gaming association. I never knew about them and discovered a gaming group I was looking for quite some time! There is also a city stade for football and basketball lovers. And quite a number of large tables to set up a picnic for family and friends. This year (June 2018) was the first ever free music festival with 2 stages and local groups. Great event, with 4 food truck, family oriented and not overcrowded. Basically a big open space with lots of room for kids (and others... ) to charge around. Nice playground, a little dog run, many young trees, picnic tables, basketball court, even a self-cleaning toilet. Access to the Bois de la Bagasse via a very nice walk through fields. Good...
