Shocking experience here today. We ordered 2 cappuccinos, one normal and one decaf. The waiter instead brought out 2 decafs. When I said I ordered a normal cappuccino, he stormed off saying, they only do decaf cappuccinos... but then came back saying he would make a normal one (not very logical if he says they can’t do it).

Given the attitude from the waiter, I went inside to understand what the issue was, only to hear the fat grey-bearded guy say “pour ca, je vais lui faire un autre deca, je m’en fous - for that, I’m going to make him another decaf, I don’t care” I mean seriously, how pathetic and embarrassing.

When I challenged him, he said that they only make decaf cappuccinos. He then said that he would make one but with a tirade of insults. I told him not to bother, that was enough.

I feel sorry for both of these individuals, they clearly have issues. I hope they can find peace and be happy. By the way, they’re self-proclaimed coffee grinding specialists… but...

The owner has a black dog. The dog peed on my wife's leg while she's standing in line waiting for a seat. I ran and got the water to wash before knowing it's the owner. She went in to check and foundout. She demended an apology, the owner replied "what do you want me to do? I have no time and proceed to take plates." Douchebag. We live here. We will never come to buy the coffee. We will tell the story...

As close as Ferney gets to an upscale café and quite the nice place. Friendly "with French characteristics". Excellent coffees roasted on site, good selection of teas (and teapots, etc.), some interesting spirits, fine chocolate and so on. Good location,...
