Very good bakery and pastry shop. Unfortunately client satisfaction is not their priority: we booked a cake and paid for it. We also left our phone number and then on the very day to pick it up we forgot to go and get it. They never called us to remind about the cake. When we remembered we tried many time to call them up to send someone to get the cake but no one ever answered the phone. We left a message to ask what to do but no feedback. When we went to ask what happened they just said they threw the cake because it was late and that basically they do not listen to the telephone answering machine. No even the smallest idea of refunding the cost...

This little bakery is an absolute gem! The pastries are fresh, perfectly made every morning, and absolutely delicious. During my stay I visited daily—and every time, I looked forward to it. Even though I don’t speak French, I picked up a few words long the way!

My personal favorites are the chocolate pain au chocolat and raspberry tarts, but the Napoleon is also worth every penny! The croissants are consistently good, and even the veggie pizza was a pleasant surprise. I’d personally skip the macarons, as they had more of a bubblegum flavor, but everything else was fantastic.

If you're in Ferney, this is hands down the best bakery to visit....

Great French pastries, great price. This place makes a variety of French cakes and pastries at highly reasonable prices. The place is always full, the service is fast and the place always looks super clean. Important tip - they don't serve coffee and they don't have tables to seat in, but, the coffee bar in front of the bakery alllow customers of the bakery to eat the cakes on their tables (as long as you order coffee...
