Very embarrassing and disappointing experience, I only received less service than I had booked and was treated roughly.

I booked a 45-minute SPA at 14:30 and arrived at 14:32. The service staff, from the front desk to the manager, did not speak English, gave me a form to fill out in French and could not explain the details in English. I saw that the French lady next door was given a glass of water and only gave me a glass of water upon my request. After exhausting communication, my massage started at 14:52 and ended at 15:22.

When I asked how to calculate the massage time, the masseuse called her manager and the manager began to rudely repeat to me that it was impossible to give me more massage time. I repeated that I just wanted to know how the time was calculated, but they did not understand. I was still naked and shaking with anger as two people questioned me. The manager offered to reimburse me for 30 euros for the difference between a 30-minute massage and a 45-minute massage, but I refused. I got dressed and went out and was taken down the passageway besides toilet door to deal with the problem. Can't even be respected to sit down and deal with the problem.

Today is my birthday and the manager has been trying to solve the problem with money and gifts without giving me a formal apology in the end.
