Threw up immediately upon returning home. Low quality ingredients and/or they ignored my tree nut allergy that I flagged at the beginning of the meal. Bring your own water if you want more than 1 bottle per table. Server was not able to identify which dish had the Salmon when dropping off the main course. When prepping empty tables for service the following day, server touches end of silverware that touches your food for any needed adjustments after it was placed on the table. Can't see out of the boat late at night because the lights in the dining area are too bright; you see your own reflection instead of the Paris scenery, see picture of Eiffel tower and other guests reflected. Music was radio with commercials, when in range, that significantly disrupted the atmosphere since the volume was inconsistent but always quite loud. It would abruptly end and then a different track at a different volume would resume. Quote and low volume during these in between moments had a buzzing due to bad wiring, like the lighting. Lights on boat had some strobing/electrical issues and the lights on top of the boat were set to the "demo mode" so you see all the strobing, steady or twinkling options you see on holiday lights in the span of 1 min. I could imagine this being a more enjoyable experience in the past, but now feels like their current approach is "it's good enough."

Atmosphere was fantastic. We did the dinner cruise and it was a fabulously clear moonlit night! The Eiffel Tower twinkled on the hour every hour, and under the moonlight it was such a fantastic treat, I really enjoyed it with my family. Only (-) is, it was incredibly difficult to find the tunnel to get to their private dock! We literally passed the guy thinking he was a homeless person living on the street. I don’t know why it was not obvious enough. Anyway, we were about to make a mad dash to the dock through the highway entrance which was very dangerous. Good thing my aunt insisted to check with the homeless guy first. Turns out, he was supposed to be the guy into the boat. I was about to lose my mind thinking we’re going to be left behind with no possibility of a refund. But we made it with 4 mins extra to spare. Whew 😅 As for the food, maybe go without eating lunch because the portions are American size. The starter good but the rest was just okay. But we went for the whole experience so it didn’t matter too much. Drinks are extra and after dinner tea is €7 extra, but they didn’t tell me, our waiter just came around with a box of Lipton teabags to pick out from. I thought it was part of the package. 😁 But the drinks are well worth it for what we saw. It was just incredible at night. We were wowed. 🤩🌟⭐️⭐️🌟

This dinner cruise was a a good experience and it was worth it to pay for a VIP table next to the windows (though the tables are packed very closely together). We enjoyed the food, especially dessert, and we're satisfied with the amount of food served over the three courses. The servers were efficient and polite. It was a fantastic way to see the city from another angle. After reading some of the other reviews, I was a little afraid of getting lost; google didn't help because even having the right spot pinned it didn't understand how to walk there; but a screenshot of a helpful map from someone's TripAdvisor review helped us get there easily. The only problem I had was that only one small bottle of water was included for the price for two people, the price of additional drinks and water was excessive, and it was necessary to buy additional water/cold drinks because both sides of the boat spent a significant amount of time directly in the sun.

🚫 Do NOT book with this company – worst experience ever.

They charged us €265 per person, claiming we were booking Diamond Bleu, a premium boat with entertainment. Instead, we were placed on Theo, a completely different boat that costs only €125 per person. Total scam.

They trap you with false advertising and don’t even apologize for the switch. The crew was stressed, rude, and aggressive, refusing to answer questions and treating paying guests as if they were doing us a favor.

During dessert time, everyone naturally went to the upper deck to enjoy the view. The waiter came up and shouted at us to go downstairs for dessert. When we did, nothing was ready — and if anyone dared ask, he would yell at them to “just wait.” Shocking behavior. These people need serious training — and therapy.

This all happened on the evening of July 14th (Bastille Day). Nothing went as planned. The fireworks lasted just 20 minutes, ending at 11:20 PM, but we were left sitting on the boat until 12:30 AM doing absolutely nothing. No music, no entertainment, just waiting in silence.

A complete waste of money and a ruined evening. Avoid...
