I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience on this ride at Disneyland recently. I brought my Insta360 camera to capture some memories, and before boarding, a staff member clearly told me not to unfold the stick, which I fully respected. I simply held the camera without extending anything and began filming the ride.
Unfortunately, about 15 seconds into the ride, it came to a sudden stop. We were stuck on the ride for approximately 20 minutes before evacuation procedures began. When staff finally arrived with ladders to get us off the ride, a female staff member immediately and aggressively began accusing me of causing the stoppage just because I had a camera — even though I had followed all instructions and kept everything secure.
The way she spoke to me was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. There was no clear explanation for the ride stopping, and I highly doubt my properly secured and non-intrusive camera had anything to do with a mechanical failure or safety issue.
I understand that safety is the top priority, but unjustly blaming guests without any evidence and being confrontational — especially after a stressful experience being stuck — is unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of conduct and communication from...

Read moreFor context, we (family of 3, dad, mum and 5 year old daughter) visited Disney Land Paris (DLP) for 3 days.
This is in effect a "rollercoaster" but the sort that is geared towards the younger children, it isn't too fast and a great introduction to rollercoasters for children.
Daughter loved it very much, the queue isn't massive since this coaster is out of the way for most guests.
More importantly, just west of this ride is the entrance/exit gate for the Princesses making their way to the Princess Pavilion, probably the only time you will sees the Princesses walking...
