There's a fee to go up the elevator (10 GEL per person) and the restaurant starts to moving only at 9 pm. We came at 7 pm and had to stay there for 2 hours for this because we didn't know about it unfortunately. Also, it's really hot up there, seems like they want the guests to leave early because it's impossible to stay there a lot of time without choking of heat. The menu is varied but the prices are above average and kinda expensive. We thought a lot what to order, and I asked the waiter about one dish - the noodles with the chicken - if it's spicy/hot or not. He replied that not at all, so I asked for this dish. After a while we got the dishes, and I tasted the noodles. It was SO SPICY that I had to drink a lot even though I didn't wanted to leave the drink to the end of the meal! When we called our waiter to come to our table, he looked at us, went to a table next to ours and then forgot about us and left. We called another waiter, started to explaining him the situation, and right at that moment, our waiter came behind the other waiter's back, listening to what we had to say. We said that we specifically asked if the dish is spicy or hot, and this waiter answered that THIS DISH IS NOT HOT OR SPICY AT ALL!!! my partner, who loves spicy food, tasted the noodles himself and said that even to him, this is very very spicy and hot. After a short discussion about it, our waiter took the dish to the cook to ask him about the spiciness. The cook replied that they use chilly sauce for the noodles and that's why we felt "a bit" spiciness. So our waiter took the dish away, and after 5 min returned and said that in 2 min he will bring a new dish, with no chilly sauce at all. The new dish was maybe 10% spicy (while the previous was - for comparing - about 80% spicy) it was ok. The dish itself isn't that tasty, not recommended. Drinks were good. Other dish that was ordered was pretty fine. Also had chocolate vanilla ice cream for dessert, it was very good, came with 2 slices of strawberries and 5 cherries. Overall, just so you'll know, if you short of money and you count every penny, you should pay them very precisely as much as you can, because they didn't returned us the 0.20...

The tower symbolizes the uniqueness of the Georgian alphabet and people. The structure combines the design of DNA, in its familiar double helix pattern. Two helix bands rise up the tower holding 33 letters of the Georgian alphabet, each 4 meters tall and made of aluminum. In the middle of the building is an exposed elevator shaft leading to the very top of the building, in the crown of the structure, where a colossal silver ball is located. Since the building was constructed it has virtually remained forsaken. As of 2014, it was known that the elevator was out of order and hundreds of dead birds could be found on the floors, though the building itself was still electrified and looked comparably new.
