Historic café with cinematic charm. Coffeetopia is one of Batumi’s oldest coffee shops, known for its cow-themed interior and nostalgic vibe. It was featured in the Soviet film "Love and Doves", and the original decor is still visible inside.

Prime location with iconic views. From the terrace, you get direct views of Rustaveli Street, the Batumi Drama Theatre, and the Le Méridien Hotel. Great for photos, people-watching, and soaking in the city’s atmosphere.

Coffee taste is acceptable. They serve espresso, cappuccino, Turkish coffee, and cold drinks. Taste is ok — not bad, not great — but enough for a casual break.

Food is fresh and filling. Big portions of salads, sandwiches, and Georgian dishes like khachapuri. Breakfast is served all day. Prices are fair for the size.

Service. Staff are friendly. English and Russian are spoken. Be patient and check your order.

Atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Inside is cool and quiet, perfect for escaping summer heat. Outside seating is breezy and ideal for sunset views.

Wi-Fi and sockets available. Good for working or browsing. Internet is stable and there’s space for laptops.

Clean toilets and family-friendly. Restrooms are modern. Baby chairs available. Suitable for kids and small groups.

Easy payment. Visa, Mastercard, and contactless cards accepted. No issues with foreign cards.

Best time to visit: Morning (9–11 AM) for quiet coffee, or sunset (6–8 PM) for beautiful views...

This is my second visit to this place, first time, food was really good, coffee was okay, and staff were very unfriendly and tough but at least not rude. This time, we came back to have breakfast here. As soon as we entered, our waitress was Meko. She came to our tables with 2 menus, we kindly told her with a smile that we don’t need the menus, we know what were gonna order. For some reason she got angry and walked away while talking to herself and saying “if you dont want the menu why did u come?” After that i assumed she misunderstood us cuz of the language differences, we called her again before she got far and told her were ready to order, shw ignored us and kept walking away. We called again a bit louder, she said im coming back in a very rude tone and kept walking away. After that, she came back and we ordered, still never smiled and was very unpleasat, even though she was very cute and smiley with the table next to us which were local ladies, so i guess she was rude out of discrimination. Then, even though we were gonna order dessert after eating, she brought the check to our table while we were still eating!! And this is not standard procedure because last time we finished breakfast then ordered drinks and dessert then paid our check inside before we left. Very shameful that a place in a very touristy area with good food has this...

Coffetopia in Batumi is a must-visit spot for coffee lovers and anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, the warm ambiance and inviting decor make you feel at home. Their coffee is exceptional—rich, aromatic, and expertly crafted. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a specialty brew, Coffetopia delivers top-quality drinks with great consistency.

Beyond the coffee, their desserts and snacks are equally impressive. The pastries are fresh, and their selection of cakes perfectly complements any coffee choice. The service is another highlight of this place. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. One standout employee, Keti, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. She was incredibly helpful, not only in recommending drinks but also in sharing insights about Batumi. Thanks to her, we discovered some fantastic local places to eat, drink, and explore.

Coffetopia is more than just a coffee shop; it’s a place where hospitality and quality meet. Whether you’re a tourist or a local, this is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee. Highly...

Gbeatiful place and good Coffee! Cafe is located near the beach very close to Era Square. Interior and exterior is so beautiful! They have a great selection different types of coffee, i ordered Americano and i should to say, it is was simply delicious. As well my friend order coffee with cacao and it was great as well. Only small issue was time, i mean we was waiting for coffee quite long time, and nobody came to tell as reason or just apologize, it was super nice from there bside. Anyway i will definitely will back here, for another cup of coffee :) If you like coffee i highly recommend this place, plus you will see beautiful Persian architect.

We visit in the restaurant yesterday evening and today in the morning. In the evening the service was kind and fine but the waitres doesnt understand english well. She make a mistake in the order after few times we try to explain ourself. The pasta meal was very small and not filling. The meal was tasty. Today, the service was very bad, slowly and the waitres make mistake in the order. We wait more than 30 minuts to the meals and there was mistakes in the order. In the other hand, the pancakes were perfect - very delices. The cappuccino was not tasty for me.
