Update:
Thanks for the precise answer, specify that I never said that the employee was rude, but only that having given me contradictory and unclear answers and my complaint was about the lack of information and transparency towards the client, my disappointment of not being able to enter after the trip could not be repaid. But my disappointment and the nasty surprise of not being able to enter after having carefully searched for info on timetables and any restrictions for entry on social networks and on your website seemed unfriendly to me, it was enough an update and a post on social media, warning of the limitation due to the particular daily turnout and the rules on covid. I have a long experience on how to relate to the client, I had all the justifications for my altered but always respectful attitude, as the receptionist was not but what was lacking was not the kindness that was perhaps too forced, but a sorry attitude and since I am obviously in the reason of the bad surprise that I could not enter, my surprise could have been avoided with a little communication on the web, one lack was not giving reason to my complaint and not having tried to remedy and placate the disappointment and anger in no way, such as being sorry and really showing it as an example to give a gift for a future visit of mine (a free additional towel, a bottle of water, a keychain, a gadget, a sticker,) but to demonstrate of the sorrow for what happened, and I am not saying this because I want it now, but only my advice that I allowed myself to give and not requested after more than 15 years experience in costumer care and customer relations, in this way you would have ensured the certain return of the customer and would have appeased my anger and disappointment and would not have received a negative review, and everything would have worked out in your favor. Thank you for your exhaustive and friendly reply and I certainly hope that the closure will last as little as possible and to be able to get back to you as soon as possible.

Last night I went to the sauna, at 21.27 they didn't let me in because they would be closing, I asked them why there was no written anywhere on their website about a last admission time. The receptionist said it would be an hour before closing, and I told him we were an hour and a half before closing anyway, he tried to make up for it by saying that the sauna was full anyway and with Covid restrictions they couldn't let in anymore of 100 people, and at that exact moment 3 people went out, but the sauna was still full. The receptionist at my request for a contact to send my complaint to the sauna management totally refused to give me any contact, the only things he could say was sorry sorry sorry. Moreover, from an economic point of view, one should try to collect and monetize as much as possible in this period given the reduction in collections and closures due to Covid-19, instead the employee was only looking for a way to close as quickly as possible to go home . If there were certain rules, they should be clearly written on the website and at the entrance. Then he also told me that it was not worth paying the entrance for an hour and a half, but to my answer that the money is mine and I use it as I want he could not reply in any other way, and he only said sorry sorry sorry when I clearly expressed my disappointment and the economic damage due to the taxi paid round trip, and in addition to the wasted time that no one can ever refund me. I don't know if these are sauna or employee rules, but they are really unfriendly, if that should be a place to relax, it seems...

Place is very big on two floors. 1st floor are meant for changing clothes, many lockers avaible, toilets, showers and what blew my mind - chillout zone with yoga room, chillout room and corner with many seats just to relax in neutral temp and low humidity. Toilets were clean and inspected very often. You can also use computers if you need it or charge your phone in charging stations

The main goal for me was to relax after walking around the city all day, so I tried the 90C, 60C saunas. Beautiful, clean, many showers everywhere, infusions, possibility to pour a bucket of cold water on yourself and ice crystals after. And above all, people respect each other in them. Even many more expensive "normal" wellness centers do not work this well.
I actually went to Der Boiler twice during the week. I came on Wednesday evening (I missed the foam party) and on Friday around 6 pm and spent a few hours here. Surprisingly that there were a lot more people here on Wednesday than on Friday night. Probably also because there was a discount event for the younger audience on Wednesday. The younger groups were mainly having chat/fun with each other and didn't seem like they would let anyone near them. On Friday, there were approximately fewer people and more 40+ people, and relax atmosphere which surprised me. All age groups were represented. When I was leaving during midnight cruising area looks almost empty. But even as an English speaker I have just nice chat with some local guys. It's great in Berlin that people (probably) always speak a little English.
The labyrinth sauna at 40C is no longer for relaxation, but for action ;), as well as various nooks and crannies. If I was adventurous or if someone was more daring with me, I will definitely enjoy the fun too.
It must be said that people treat each other nicely. The only thing that unpleasantly surprised me is that people carry glass of beer despite the ban to downstairs wet area, which can be dangerous, and there is a smoking area near the lower bar and cigarette smoke can be felt in the surroundings.
Even I would like to know which hours to come next time to experience as many people as possible in one day. I must go this year there from Prague again just for this hot´n...
