Sima Couture — Attraction in Duisburg

I purchased my wedding dress from Simacouture in two months ago. During the ordering process, they took my measurements and assured me that the dress would be ready for my destination wedding .

When I went to pick up the dress and tried it on. I immediately noticed that Selda was struggling to close the dress. She even needed help from another person to get it done. The corset felt extremely tight, and I saw that they had pulled it much higher than my actual waistline. I asked why the corset was sitting so unnaturally high, but they insisted that “this is how it should be.” And did not accept.

Once I arrived at my destination, I visited a tailor to check all my wedding outfits. To my shock, the tailor explained that the back corset of the dress was about 8 cm too small—the shop had done the sizing incorrectly. To cover their mistake, they had simply pulled the corset much higher than my waistline so that it could be closed, creating the illusion that the dress fit. In reality, this was a trick to hide their error.

The tailor even took photos, showing how the corset was forcing my skin to fold unnaturally, and how the dress was sitting above my waist and back. Also they showed me that the re were other issues with the dress as well, like the neckline was uneven.This not only ruined the proper fit of the dress but also caused visible discomfort.

I cannot describe the disappointment. I paid almost 3,000 euros for this dress, for the most important day of my life. Mistakes can happen, but what is unforgivable is covering up the mistake instead of admitting it and correcting it. When I tried to point out that the dress felt small and that even the bust cups were sitting unnaturally high, both Selda and her colleague dismissed me, acting as if I was mistaken.

This is not just poor service—it is a betrayal of trust. No bride should have to go through this kind of experience. Don’t order from this brand, they don’t have proper sizing and proper tailoring and also the customer support...

Diese obere Rezension habe ich kurz nach der Beratung geschrieben. Ich war zu dem Zeitpunkt sehr euphorisch. Hätte ich je an dem Tag geahnt was noch auf mich zukommt, hätte ich sicherlich anders geschrieben und bewertet.

An der Beratung kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Jedoch besteht der Fokus auf die Umsetzung und wie man mich anschließend behandelt hat. Ich hatte in März meine erste Anprobe. Zu Beginn wurden meine Freunde, Schwestern und ich in die obere Etage geführt. Dort waren noch andere Kunden und warteten auf das Hochzeitskleid um es mitzunehmen. Ich fühlte mich gehetzt und sollte mich umziehen. Meine Freunde mussten am Fenster stehen bleiben, während die fremden Kunden noch auf der Couch saßen und warteten. In der Umkleidekabine, dann der Schock. Das Kleid wurde in einer mind. 3 Nummer kleineren Größe angefertigt. Ich wusste nicht mehr weiter. Meine Brüste sprangen sozusagen aus dem Kleid heraus und meine Arme passten schon garnicht in die Ärmel, geschweige das Kleid konnte nicht einmal zugemacht werden. Als die Meltem Selbst ein Schock hatte, ist sie zu der Schneiderin geeilt. Beide kamen in die Kabine. Die Schneiderin meinte dann zu mir, ob ich zugenommen hätte oder Tabletten nehmen würde. Ich antwortete, das sich nichts an meinem Gewicht geändert hat. Ich musste dann in dem Kleid raus zu meinen Freunden. Alle unter Schock und wussten nicht mehr weiter. Dann erst hat die Schneiderin der Meltem Gesagt, dass diese fremden Kunden dann bitte unten auf das Hochzeitskleid warten sollen. Die Schneiderin kontrollierte dann erst die Maße die abgenommen wurden am Tag der Beratung mit den aktuellen Maße und wie ich ihr schon gesagt hatte, Passten die Maße überein. Somit habe ich nicht zugenommen.

Ich wusste nicht mehr weiter. Das Kleid war Nicht was ich bestellt hatte, bzw entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen die besprochen wurden. An den Ärmel waren komplette Bestickungen, und nicht einmal gleich. Beide Ärmel unterschiedliche bestickt. Somit waren die Absprachen die besprochen waren auch nicht umgesetzt worden. Jedoch stand ich 3 Wochen vor der Hochzeit und wusste nicht mehr weiter.

Ich musste dann wenige Tage vor meiner Hochzeit noch einmal kommen und das Kleid wurde entsprechend angepasst x jedoch waren die Ärmel immer noch sehr eng, die hielten sich nicht an der Schulter und ich hatte das gefühlt, dass das Kleid sich vom Körper löst und abfällt. Das Dekolleté war eine komplette Katastrophe. Die Körbchen waren so groß, dass meine Dekolletés riesig aussah/ es wurde noch bis 18 Uhr daran geändert. Jedoch war ich zum Schluss am Ende und wollte einfach gehen. Ich habe das Kleid mitgenommen und habe es bereut überhaupt mich dort beraten zu haben.

Ich würde wirklich jedem davon abraten. Zu Beginn sind alle sehr freundlich. Aber sobald es zu Anprobe kommt, wird man wie an einem Fließband abgearbeitet.

Eine Hochzeit, das wählen und anprobieren eines Hochzeitskleides ist etwas besonderes, für die Braut und für die Familie. Ich hatte mir etwas besonderes vorgestellt. Aber wenn ich zurück blicke, blicke ich mit Kummer und Trauer zurück.

Liebes Sima Couture Team, ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass ihr viel professioneller mit uns Kunden umgeht. Und ich weiß nicht ob es daran liegt, dass ihr zu lange in dieser Branche seit und ihr dadurch abstumpft. Aber Empathie und Herzlichkeit sollten...
