Sedan Café — Restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau

Would've been a lovely experience if the man (whom I presume is the owner) wouldn't have come to lecture me about how much space I take and how inconsiderate I am, for staying a couple hours in the cafe at a table that is originally planned for 2-3 people. Mind you I had been working on my laptop and tablet the whole time (which required space and a table near a power outlet) and additionally I was carrying two large bags and a small suitcase (as I had been travelling overnight), that also needed to be stored under the table/chairs. I know I took up a bit more space and I could see the café was filling up but the way I was approached was just incredibly rude, I was cut off multiple times when I tried to explain my side/offered to take another seat (one just had become available in a corner) but he wouldn't even let me speak. Leider keine gute Erfahrung gehabt letztes Wochenende. Die zwei Mädels an der Bar kamen mit meiner etwas größeren Bestellung null zurecht. Sie gaben mir das Gefühl, dass es eine Zumutung ist 6 Kaffee zu bestellen und ich musste ständig wiederholen, was ich bestellt hab. Kleiner Tipp: Blatt Papier und Stift würden helfen. Ich brauch keine zurechtweisende Stimme, wenn ich für Kaffee to-go Plastikdeckel brauch. Ja ich "brauch die Deckel wirklich", wenn ich im Auto fahr. Sorry, dass ich keine Zeit hab mich hinzusetzen mit einer Tasse und meinen Becher vergessen hab. Die Freiburg Cups sind auch nicht wirklich durchdacht, wenn es für größere Getränke (bei denen sich ja Kaffee to-go am meisten lohnt) keine angemessene Größe gibt, sondern nur eine Universalgröße. Frage mich, wie da der Preis von den Getränken kalkuliert wird. Verplantes Personal und dann auch noch Zurechtweisungen gehen gar nicht. This coffee shop seems to be mostly frequented by students hanging out with each other, so expect a bit of chatter in the background.
