The swimming pools are nice, I am trying to go regularly. But for three times the indoor sport swimming pool was closed ("because they don't have enough people to watch over it", which is the worst excuse), the other two, one outside even though it was a cold weather, and the indoor one is crowded and not suitable for swimmers.
It is a shame how there is no respect for people time and money! they don't event notify you that it is closed if you don't ask.
Every time I ask why it is closed and is there a specific time for that, they say that's a rare case and mostly will not happen again. (Guess what, it happened three times for me!!)
It is okay to close pools according to a schedule, but definitely not without one after people plan to go there and waste their time.
The center offer this swimming pool for the opening hours in the website and the official catalog, you can't just offer something else (unless of emergency) after people pay money and go inside, or even take the time to come and then discover that it is closed, Of course that just made the center...

I went today to do my laps and there were only two lanes available. However one of them was crowded with children and adults just playing. I asked one of the staff members if they could tell them something and they told me everybody could swim wherever they wanted to, so there were actually no lanes to practice swimming as a sport. After seven minutes I just left because it was ridiculous to think people would respect the "inexistent" lanes to do laps without reinforcement from staff or a simple sign on the lanes to indicate those two lanes were for doing laps. I went to the front desk to ask that they reset my club card so that I could go later that day to which they told me they couldn't do anything because everything was done online. In short, I lost my entrance today and the swimming pool is not responsible. I wonder if this would happen on a gym or any other place where ADULTS PAY TO...

Next, you’re greeted by an unfriendly and borderline aggressive staff at the entrance. That’s when you start to understand why their standard rate only covers 1.5 hours.
Inside, it looks spacious at first glance, but in reality there are only two pools plus kids’ area with dinosaur decorations. In summer, there’s also an outdoor pool, but that doesn’t really improve the experience.
After just an hour, we all had headaches from the constant noise and echo - the sound levels are unbearable.
In the end, it was a very expensive visit just to take a shower: €31.40 for two adults and two children for the whole day (which we deeply regret paying for). We won’t be coming back, and we don’t recommend...
