Walking into fitness first is like walking into the best version of yourself. You are immediately overwhelmed with confidence, support, and good vibes. I’m not sure how they did it but Fitness first has perfected the gym.

Upon walking in you are immediately welcomed by the most supportive and friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you any way you can, the perfect workout music and an ambiance I have never seen at another gym. Every corner of the gym is clean and carefully designed. The machines are always top notch. You can’t even walk by the building without feeling inspired to workout.

Good personal trainers and modern equipment. UNFORTUNATELY you need to be careful when signing an agreement with them. I changed apartment and I needed to cancel my 24 month contract. I could not terminate the agreement and I need to keep paying for one more year unless I refer a new member. In Fitness First UK and Australia is possible to pay a settlement fee for terminating the agreement before the termination period. In Germany, terms and conditions are not clear (you can check this in their webpage) and they cited a ruling from a judge in Germany and you can only cancel if you move 30 kms from the gym.
