Recommendation - just go and get lost here one sunny day!
Nice route idea is to start from upper part of Blankenese, around Hessepark, then you go down to Elbestrand through Treppenviertel. On Elbe its possible to catch a bus to drive couple of stops and go out to explore other Blankenese parks (really beautiful and steep landscapes too!) or go straightaway up.

A small bus line starts at S Blankenese and goes to the various parts of the area, so if you're exhausted you can just take a bus back.
