It's better to visit the area, without wasting time on the tour inside the castle. The whole arrangement is kind of nonsense. Too much hassle and the result is a 30 minute guided tour which was not even informative! First of all, you need to book your tickets online or otherwise will have to wait in line for up to 4 hours. You need to arrive in advance to pick up your tickets from Ticket Centre because there is no option to buy them online. Then wait for your group to be allowed to enter and you do not even get to see the whole castle! In every room or corridor we just stood and waited for the previous group to leave and free the space for us. And the guide is just standing silently and waiting! The tour is boring, even for adults! We took the tour in english but the guide spoke with such a strong accent that it was even difficult to understand whether it was english or german. The tour is not worth the price of the entrance ticket at all. A complete day is wasted there but you get to see nothing... They just force you to stay there for 4-5 hours, use paid toilets (that are not even properly taken care of, by the way), eat overpriced food in restaurants and buy things from numerous shops. Total disappointment! The castles are very beautiful though and the views...

There is also a small drinking water fountain to the side of the TI that you can use to fill up your water bottle before making way to the castles. Just look for the figure of a minstrel playing lute atop a small fountain. It is...

Now, since I’ve just come from that way and didn’t see it, I asked for more clarification so as to not get lost again. she responded with “you’re asking me if there are left or right turns when I just told you straight. GO STRAIGHT” huffed and slammed her pen down.
Geeez you might do this everyday so it’s easy for you to give one word directions but don’t forget most people have never been here! Why work there if you’re going to be impatient...
