Media Markt — Attraction in Würzburg

There’s skeletal employee capacity in the smartphone section. There was just one woman supporting all customers and the male employee took more breaks than talking to the customers. I have not seen such a rude and incapable salesman ever!! I am sure this guy alone is causing serious damage to MediaMarkt business and its reputation. I had to wait for more than an hour to buy 2 phones, the model which I had already selected! It’s funny, he was encouraging other customers to return the products. And finally when I said I want to buy 2 smart phones he said he can’t help me outright and that it’s uninteresting for him to sell me smartphones!!!! He was helping and being nice to a certain group of people, well I sure looked different than them. For the disrespect and waste of time that I and other customers had to endure, I hope this guy...

A good place for shopping. Staff are very busy. Not all staff members are helpful . yet I had the best experience fixing my mobile. The technical expert person fixed my mobile, backed up all my data and he refused to charge me for his service saying it was too simple a job. I owe him a big thank you. I had stopped at another store on Julius promenade and was quoted euro 50 to fix the same problem . I got it for free at Media Market and I was met by a smiling and very professional expert. I don't have his name...

This is the WORST mediamarkt I've ever been. The service is bellow dreadful. Today I wanted to buy a galaxy ultra watch...687 euros. After waiting for more then 10 minutos , asked some guy working there where was the person to deal with the galaxy watched. With a very "German" face he told me to wait that somebody would come. After another 5 minutes waiting some guy come. Now...He had no clue about the watches...the Colors etc etc. Simply a waste of time and a waste of salaries for such unprofessional...
