The staff and owner were very pleasant and nice which made up for some of the downsides of the hotel. Whenever We talked with both the owner and the receptionist they were very helpful. Additionally, the hotel was quite economical during quite a busy period of august. Now for some of the things we didn't like ( which for sure are related to the economical price and I understand that). The hotel looks quite nice from the outside but it is quite old and is stuck with the 80s/90s look. The bathroom was cramped, and the toilet was not comfortable for larger people. If you are thin I guess that isn't an issue. The shower was quite small and the water got all over the place and the floor got flooded. The balconies are adjoined and the separator between balconies is a triangle meaning that some privacy is sacrificed. The view was probably better from the second floor. From the first floor we couldn't see much because there were trees blocking the view. The location has a lot of people and traffic which is both a positive but also a negative depending on what you want.
Overall the positives was that the stuff was very friendly, the price was economical, and things like restaurants and supermarkets were close.
The negatives were that the hotel was old, the bathroom was uncomfortable, balcony privacy was not 100%, and the view from some of the 1st floor Appartments was not good....you could see telendos and the sea through some cracks...
Read moreI stayed here with my sister early September. It was a late booking so there wasn’t much availibility in the resort, so we just booked this hotel. We arrived early hours to be told we’d have to change rooms after two nights, which I was not happy about as we were only there for a week, and had not been given prior warning. However, when we were shown to the room I was totally dismayed as it was small, dingy and incredibly shabby. Thankfully the next morning the receptionist who was extremely helpful managed to move us the same day into a room on the upper floor. This was a bigger, brighter room with a balcony with a lovely view of Telendos. It was a better room (apparently their best room) but this hotel needs some investment and a thorough overhaul. It was clean and the linens and towels were changed every day but the rooms are basic, shabby and the furniture very old fashioned. The fridge actually needs condemning!|Breakfast was the same as in most Greek hotels, adequate but plentiful.|As said by previous reviewers, the staff were lovely and very considerate.|The hotel is in a perfect location and would be a super hotel if updated.|Unfortunately, I wouldn’t...
