The sea is calmly and you can swim with no worries, just be careful along the edge of the path, there are stones which could hurt you.
There is a shower where you can clean your body of salt water from the sea.
Just keep in mind that there are no dressing room, be prepared by wearing with your swimsuit beneath your clothes.
