Beautiful sacred spot. There is a lovely story behind this place too. There is a sign that goes into detail. Without spoiling too much: a man found the cave, dedicated it to archangel Michael and since then people have filled it with offerings and icons of him. You can light a candle, no money is asked. It is actually asked that you dont leave any money. You can access this from the beach and also from the road.

It is the first time I am visiting a sanctuary like that and I do not believe God or the paranormal but once entered it is so hot there (probably because of all the lit candles) and there is that strange feeling as if there is someone there besides you. Check it out for yourself and tell me if I am going monkey nuts.

Walked up here from Mitsis Grand Beach Hotel past the huge Horizon resort on the beach path and up to the amazing cave chapel. Just WOW. Do yourself a favour and don't miss this. Also some outstanding coastal veiws. Top tip: go right up to the top of the steps for good panaramic veiws

It says that who is writing the most deepest wish in this place,the Saint will help him get true. Of course you must also believe it. The place on the other side is absolutely gorgeous and have something magic for the ones who decides to come and visit it.

Inconspicuous super beautiful and spiritual secret place. This stop belongs to the sights that you do not get through guidebooks or the like. It is a special and very beautiful experience to visit this place. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

This is a great place to visit. Unique. Even if you are not religious you will probably be moved. Do spend some time here so that you see the smaller details. Hats of to the person/people that keep this in tip top condition.
