Capricci Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

Awful experience. I've never left a negative review for a place but this had to be shared. We ordered through efoods and the pizza arrived stone cold with what looks like once piece of salami cut up into little pieces and spread across the pizza, not to mention it didn't even taste good. Even the way it was sliced shows a lack of care! I then complained about this to an efood representative, saying it was inedible and was told that the restaurant refused to give us a refund and instead offered us a 5 euro coupon for our next order with them. Of course we will never be using this coupon because we will never be buying from this place again. Overall, bad pizza and even worse customer service. This situation could have easily been rectified and we may have returned, but how the situation was handled by this restaurant made it clear that they care more about keeping money than satisfying the customer has left a sour taste in our mouths. My advice, save your money and order from one of the many other lovely restaurants in Rhodes if you want to...

I was working during the summer season and I discovered this beautiful place thanks to the Internet.

I was looking for an Italian restaurant and fortunately the pictures made me want to go and try.

They said it’s possible to see the sunset from the restaurant and it’s actually the case. The place is cosy and without pretention, as I like.

The service by Nina was great and after some time coming, I really felt like at home.

About the food… what can I say except that every meal that I tried, was excellent! I didn’t have enough time to try all the menu as I wanted but if I had to choose, I would advise the Gnocchi Al Pesto or the Giganti with mushrooms! 😋

Plus! The prices are really cheap for this quality of service and taste!

Wow what can I say so glad this restaurant is so close to our hotel. My starter of mussels and clams was lovely andy husband eat every last bit of his cheese fondue. My pasta was spinach ricotta and mozzarella ravioli it was so light and absolutely out of this world my husband had salmon penne pasta which was full of salmon and such a large portion he sadly had to leave a lot of it.
