Stayed here for 5 days with my partner mid-August 2025. Great hotel with great quality rooms and great services. ||The beds are very comfy, bed sheets very light and soft. Shower has great water pressure. Our balcony fortunately had a great view! Aircon was great made sleeping easier haha. Fridge in the room which was so needed! Built in to the wall hairdryer! We had payed for breakfast included, it's buffet style, excellent food with a great variety. We made use of it every morning it was brilliant I highly recommend. ||The location is absolutely superb! Very close to rocky beaches, the waves are quite strong on this side, however if you cut through the town to the far side of Rhodes town, you can reach lovely beaches and beach clubs (avoid Azul beach club). Same goes for if you want to reach the marina for boat tours or Old Town. We were so happy with the great location in walking distance of key places.||The reason I did not give a 5-star review was due to the treatment from ONE receptionist staff member. For context, on our 2nd night, the electrical unit in the room started buzzing and our electricity stopped working. The electricity is powered by a keycard system beside the door. In the morning, we recorded a video of the buzzing and went to reception. Tried to show the mature lady at the desk the video and were immediately met with 'NO! I DON'T BELIEVE YOU! YOU ARE WRONG' and she repeated this with a raised voice over and over and over. Even took us to another room to show us how to use the keycard, which she refused to let us explain the key card was not the issue. Continued shouting at us not allowing us to speak. ||Eventually handed us off to another older man to go to our room with us. Showed him the video and he immediately said "That should not happen, I will get an electrician as soon as I can'. Which he did within 30 minutes, apologized for the issue and had it sorted by the end of the day. Very nice man very glad he was there to help us. ||Sadly my partner had another unpleasant interaction with the receptionist lady. Due to myself living in Athens and my partner in Ireland for the time being. I had to fly out earlier than her in the morning. I got my taxi and made my way to the airport. My partner returned to the hotel and was immediately questioned 'Where are you going?' she replied to her room and showed her keycard (sadly the keycards are completely blank white). Asked what room is she in and what her name is. Instead of simply checking the system for our passport photos which they took on arrival, continued to question her suspiciously. Eventually my partner had to just walk away from her to the elevator so she could go to sleep again before her flight.||I can understand the sense of security so early in the morning (6am-ish) but when you have her name and room number the level of suspicion and rude behavior was unnecessary and unreasonable. ||On the other hand the late night receptionist. A man about my own age, very nice, very helpful and super respectful. As well as the bar staff are all very lovely. Simply due to one member of staff I removed a star. If it weren't for all the other amazing staff and their excellent decorum and service this would have been a much worse review. Thank you to the rest of the excellent staff!||If you have an issue just don't approach this lady otherwise I highly recommend this hotel as a value place to stay in a...
Read moreTo start with the positive, the location of the hotel is great, city center is 10 minutes walk away, old Rhodes town is about 20-25 minutes walk and beaches, the west beach is literally 2 seconds away and the eastern beach is about 13 minutes. Everything is pretty close, you don't need a bus or a taxi to get by. Rooms have been cleaned daily, towels changed and sheets changed or neatly folded. Breakfast was included for our booking, it was quite good, we didn't lack anything and we're never hungry. The staff of the hotel was the biggest plus, everybody was very pleasant and helpful, they made our stay more enjoyable.
As for the negative side, the biggest issue we had was the noise due to which we didn't sleep all that well through out these 10 days. Most of the noise came from the outside, our room had a back view, in front of that side of the hotel there was a rental shop and the staff from the rental shop has been repairing cars, quads, bikes 24/7. On some nights there were a lot of drunken tourists shouting from the streets. On the side note, outside noise has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Apart from outside noise, the cleaning ladies contributed to the noise in the morning. Hallways are all tiled and walls are very thin, I'm a deep sleeper but even I managed to be awaken by these noises. Also beds were not that comfy, a lot of back pain. The bathroom was very tiny, the shower was so small you could barely fit in, and the water was splashin everywhere. All in all it was a good booking, maybe the sea view rooms were better than the back view, we are yet...
