I rented a quad for three days in beautiful Santorini with Moto Empire and I couldn’t be happier. From the very first contact, they were extremely kind and professional, clearly explaining all the Greek regulations for vehicle rentals on the island.

The quad was in excellent condition, well maintained and very reliable, with truly competitive prices. Pick-up and drop-off were quick, smooth and hassle-free, managed with great seriousness and availability.

I would also like to highlight an episode that shows their honesty and professionalism: back in July I had booked a scooter with them, but due to family reasons I had to cancel at the very last moment. They immediately refunded me without any problem. That’s why in September I booked again with them, this time a quad, and once again the service was absolutely perfect.

I highly recommend Moto Empire to anyone looking to rent a vehicle in Santorini: a serious, reliable and truly customer-oriented company....

Martha is a really kind person. She waited for us at the airport. We made a reservation from thursday untill saturday. We wanted to rent the scooter for an extra, but because of Easter we saw on the website that it was not possible. Martha was really flexible and told us that we could use the scooter an extra day and put it at the aiport again. Everything without extra costs. Besides that we got some lovely tips from Martha! It made our stay at the island more beautiful! The scooter had a good condition and everything...

Una stella perché non e possibile darne di meno. Ho contattato questa agenzia nel mese di Aprile per prenotare 3 scooter per la settimana 11-18 del mese di Agosto. I prezzi offerti da Martha erano i migliori, 18 euro al dì per scooter. La procedura di prenotazione semplice e veloce tramite whatsApp e soli 30€ di acconto. Tutto perfetto fin quando 5 giorni prima del nostro arrivo la cara signora Martha che sembrava tanto onesta, mi ricontatta dicendomi che doveva annullare la prenotazione poiché la sua agenzia era stata chiusa per caso COVID. Dispiaciuta per lei, le auguro una pronta riapertura e le fornisco i dati per il rimborso della caparra che avviene immediatamente. Il giorno seguente, non essendo a conoscenza del numero telefonico con cui io avevo avuto contatti, i miei amici alla ricerca di un'altra agenzia, si imbattono nella stessa di Martha contattandola e riferendole le loro richieste e... SORPRESA SORPRESA: Martha era aperta ed era disposta ad affittare i 3 motorini nelle stesse date al costo di 30€ al giorno!!! Infuriata le chiedo delle spiegazioni che però non sono per nulla esaustive. Prima afferma che li avrebbe noleggiati tramite un'altra agenzia, poi che avrebbe riaperto il 12 ed essendo la nostra prenotazione per l'11 aveva dovuto annullarla. Le chiedo allora di darci i motorini dal 12 anziché dall'11 e mi risponde che non aveva più disponibilità... insomma fossi in voi ci penserei due volte prima di contattarla. Per fortuna sul posto siamo riusciti ugualmente a trovare delle agenzie che avessero disponibilità a prezzi modici e sicuramente con...
