Visited this museum (20.02.25) after being introduced to Victor Vasarely’s work in a County Art teacher’s training session… by luck, it just so happens I was visiting Budapest shortly afterwards, so got to see his wonderful artwork up close. What a wonderful gallery (museum). Fairly modest in size but packed with so many beautiful paintings, sketches and collages of Vasarely’s work, from his flat geometric work to his incredible op art. The colours, the precision and the patience are truly awe-inspiring. The staff were helpful and friendly as the ambiance was calm and serene. I was there around 4:30 PM and spent about 30 to 45 minutes in the museum. A fascinating visit for those interested in modern art and...

There's a small shop where you can buy postcards, magnets, small crafts and some more. Staff is friendly...
