Built in the Nordic style, reportedly one of the most beautiful churches in Iceland. Having previously toured much of outer Iceland, I can agree that this is the nicest I have seen, even better in my mind than Hallgrimskirkja in Reykjavik, which while large and majestic, is a bit nouveau.
