Sarvadarshan Token Counter — Attraction in Andhra Pradesh

With ever changing rules we didn't know where to get tickets. I think Rs 300 tickets are only available if you book in advance 3 months online. The hotline is always busy no one knows properly on the hill as well. So we decided to get the SSD tokens, the queue opens at 12pm and the complex doors are opened at 2pm. It took us 1 hr 15 min to reach the counter and we were out pretty quick. Since it's a timed entry we thought we will go to the entry gate 30 min before our 3pm slot. There was a long queue and to our surprise there were people with 2pm time slot and 9pm time slot as well. It took us about 4hrs to reach the caged compartment sections where they provide some free food and coffee and then it took around another 4 hours to reach Lord Venkateswara. The whole path to lord was very painful, people shoving each other, suffocating and people in a hurry with no empathy for women or children. If you have kids or elderly persons in your group please do not opt for this route as they might get injured severely. The staff opened the 16 compartments at once the kind of stampede is dangerous. Overall it's 3 hours for tokens the prior day and 8 hours for darshan...

Sarva darshan token gives you entry to the temple as early as possible.

If you are not getting spcl entry pass online then this is only one way to get entry very fast.

If you are having this token then you have no need to stand in the free sarvadashion line,you will get entry directly into temple very fast and free of cost

Sarva darshan token is available at various places in tirupati city. Most of the people struggle for sarva darshan token at tirumala. I suggestion is that rather than wasting time at tirumala counter go at tirupati you will get token at free of cost very easily.

Keep your original adhar card or any other authorized identity card with you.

Only one entry pass/token is given for one identy card, so if you are with your family then that person and his/her identy card should be there.

Never ever opt for sarva dharshan ticket if you are going with elders and kids. The crowd will be huge and you need to wait the whole night to get the tickets. The booking starts at 2AM until then people need to wait and the crowd gathers there is unimaginable. I'm posting this from my recent experience. Always book tickets, rooms and go to tirumala. However I won't forget this this experience as finally we were able to see GOD which is fulfilling and satisfying 😀...
