Hello, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your store at Phoenix Marketcity Bengaluru.
My experience was deeply disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of your staff which was 2 female staffs, which has left me and my companions feeling disrespected and unwelcome.
From the moment we entered, the staff showed little interest in assisting us. Instead of introducing products or offering help, they repeatedly asked the receptionist whether we had a membership, making us feel as if we were being judged on our ability to afford the products. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also uncalled for in a retail environment where every customer should be valued.
Despite this, we made a purchase during our first visit because we genuinely liked the product. However, when we returned to explore more options, we encountered the same arrogance and dismissiveness from the staff. Their rude and unhelpful attitude made it clear that customer service is not a priority for your brand. It was shocking and disappointing to see such behavior, and as a result, we chose not to make a second purchase.
Frankly, if this is how your brand treats customers, I fail to understand why you even operate a store. Retail is about customer experience, and if your staff is more focused on judgment rather than assistance, it reflects poorly on your brand as a whole.
I strongly urge you to take strict action against the two female staff members responsible for this behavior. Customers should not have to deal with arrogance and indifference when they are genuinely interested in your products. I would like to know what steps you will take to address this issue.
Until I see concrete action, I will not be purchasing anything from your brand again, and I have advised my friends and family to do the same. I frequently visit this mall, and I will be observing whether your store continues to allow such unacceptable treatment of customers.
I hope you take this matter seriously and respond with the corrective actions you intend...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer of Forest Essentials for the past 9 years, always purchasing my shampoo and other products regularly. My bill no. 24-25 /BPCS-4258) time 17:15,). Yesterday, I visited the Phoenix Mall, Bangalore store, and was extremely disappointed with the service. The lady at the counter (Meesala murali )was rude and full of attitude. Not only did she fail to provide the usual complimentary sachets upon my purchase, but when I inquired, she completely ignored my request.
It’s shocking, considering I’ve never faced this before in any of your stores. To make matters worse, she had the nerve to push me to spend over ₹5000 just to get a ₹1000 discount, clearly more focused on making the company a profit than offering genuine customer service. Prices have already gone up for shampoo, conditioner, and perfumes, yet we still buy them. And now, to deal with such poor behavior from your staff is completely unacceptable.Worse, she packed the shampoo poorly, just placing it in a small bag without proper packing as per company standards.
There are plenty of other brands out there, and after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Forest Essentials. It’s absurd that loyal customers like me have to deal with this when we are the ones supporting your brand for so long. I won’t be shopping here again and would advise others to do the same. Absolutely...
Read moreI asked for help to find some gifts in a price range. I was told that there were none. Then I pointed out some products that were well within my specified price range. At a point in my conversation with the sales associate, I was asked to go to Sephora for forest essential products 🙃.
Unfortunately I ended up buying something from the store but was taken aback by their...
