Okay so I’ve been wanting to check this place out for the longest time and finally went last Thursday after work, figured a weekday would be chill. Place was almost empty which was fine, but weirdly no one came up to guide or acknowledge me. I sat myself and it took like 6 mins for someone to even notice and give me the menu. Had to ask separately for the bar menu too.
First impressions not great. The vibe was super dull, like really really dull. Felt like I was sitting in a box with barely any lighting, not sure if they even switched all the lights on. The only good part was the screens on all the walls which I guess is nice if you're into sports.
Now here’s the thing ,it was my first time and no one even bothered to tell me about the offers. Later I saw here on Google maps that they had 50% off on wings on Thursdays which is what they’re kinda known for, so why wouldn’t the staff mention that?? That annoyed me tbh.
Also almost no draught beer. Only one Geist craft beer was available and that wasn’t even on the menu. Ended up just ordering a Budweiser pint.
I was confused whether to get a burger or starters coz the prices were almost the same. Most starters were like ₹450-500 which is kinda wild for a starter and burgers around 445/-595/-. Anyway I went with the chicken crispy tenders (₹495). The description didn’t say anything about fries coming along with it but they gave some, like a small handful maybe 100g. It also said it comes with sauces/dips but they only gave ketchup. The chicken tenders and fries were..meh. Just salty . No spice, no flavour, nothing. By the end I honestly started feeling a bit sick from just eating salted items . Not even some basic peri peri or seasoning.

We have incurred a loss on the advance payment made through that platform due to your refusal to accept the Swiggy dine-out payment option.
After a considerable and unnecessary delay, a table was reluctantly arranged for us. The location provided was a secluded corner at the back of the restaurant. It was not merely inadequate, but actively compromised due to a leaking pipe directly above the seating area. Reporting this issue yielded nothing more than a superficial offering of tissues and a complete disregard from your staff. To have paid full price and been subjected to service indicative of the most minimal expectation is astonishing. This level of negligence is, without exaggeration, the worst we have encountered. Furthermore, the dining experience was made significantly more distressing as one member of our party was unwell and specifically required a comfortable, stable environment. Instead, we were met with unnecessary hassle and unsanitary conditions. The water dripping from the pipe even fell on our plate.

Read moreWe visited this outlet today and was utterly dissappointed by the service by Steward "SANGAY" under the manager "MAHESH". Not sure if this is the correct name of the steward but she was a lady who served us on Table No. 213 at 3:44 PM around.
Firstly we had to keep waiting & had to call & ask multiple times for the menu card. And then again was kept waiting for the steward to come & take the order. We ordered 3 dishes and 2 drinks out of which 1 dish was never served.
We kept on trying to call the steward multiple times but she was least bothered to listen. After spending an hour we still did not get the ordered dish and had to call for the bill.
To our utter surprise, we saw the missing item was billed to us even without serving with an additional 10% service charge. Can't imagine such a pathetic service and they have the audacity to ask for service charge.
Again we were kept waiting because the steward had no clue what to do and she was calling for her manager. Finally they removed the extra item from the bill but forgot to remove the service charge.
So again I had to call that lady and tell her to remove it. Her behaviour was pathetic while handling the case. Her expressions were as if she was doing some charity out there. Even for other tables she was just serving the food and drinks with a thud.
This is absolutely not the behaviour expected from such a brand.
Adding to the above when we were about to leave after settling the bill, I just got up from the chair and she abruptly came and pushed the chair in without even seeing that my leg got stuck in between.
