I placed an order that clearly included complimentary products as part of a promotional offer. Not only were those items missing from the delivery, but they weren’t even reflected in the invoice—despite having selected them during checkout. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, Ms. Diksha was completely unhelpful and dismissive, outright stating it wasn’t her problem. No effort was made to understand or resolve the issue. This kind of unprofessional behavior is appalling from a brand that markets itself as premium.
