I held my daughter's wedding here. My guests and I resided here for 2 days. The whole Greenpark team worked very hard to make this event a success. The rooms are spacious and feel new. The toilets are clean and facilities top of the mark. The staff made special arrangements for dinner at the roof top with barbecue. Special mention to chef Golu, suvendu and tirupathi for taking care of our guests especially vegetarians and senior citizens.

The staff, ably led by Debashis, Ashutosh and Abhay kept checking in and promptly resolved any issues. Abhishek at the front office handled room allocation and unscheduled arrival and departures with calmness and was accomodating.

Chef Arjun was creative and created a special menu for the wedding dinner mixing north indian cuisine with Kerala specialities. His palada payasam was awesome.

Sanjana at the Loca restaurant was always on her toes, ensuring customised service at each table. The staff is attentive and close the loop with every personal request. The food menu is very eclectic and caters to everyone's taste.

A few jarring notes: the finance staff and the marketing staff do not sync in terms of invoicing. The room service staff and restaurance staff do not track what services are part of the package and what have to be charged extra. Guest list should be provided at the restaurant to track usage. The shower drainage area in 2 toilets were blocked but rooms were changed promptly. Some guests were provided double beds instead of twin beds. The concierge service and luggage management has to be improved - not enough staff. The guests waiting at the reception should be provided beverages proactively. Some rooms were not ready on time, despite a guest list and arrival times been provided. The AC panel in the rooms are complex and a small operating manual should be provided.

These are small experiential quibbles and I am sure will easily be rectified.

Our stay at Greenpark Bengaluru was an absolute pleasure, especially notable for its excellent service during a grand wedding event. Hosting over 250 guests can be daunting, but the hotel managed it with grace and efficiency. Stayed here for over a month. Another home away from home . Excellent hotel in the bustling heart of bengaluru / on bannergatta road. Right next door to vega city mall , where there are good shops, foodcourt, + supermarket, movies, games etc, and around 4 mins away from fortis & apollo hospitals. Close by to many good restaurants, cafes & shops. Very easily accessible and easy to get around New , clean, very good staff that give a warm welcome and make us feel at home. Generous huge buffet with amazing variety of delicious fresh food. 10/10 for room service. Rooftop pool with good views and bar. Very good well equipped gym. Having visited many hotels around the world , I would give this one a 10/10. If a sauna /steam room and spa is added it'll be perfect for work + a getaway at the same time . Only 1 little issue was the lady at the front desk refused for me to have my food deliveries and packages sent up to the room. Going down to frequently collect was very in convenient.
