A lot of issues with the property From location to staff everything was a disaster First when we arrived to location, the staff highlighted us that there was no electricity but the back up was functioning which will further assist the AC.
Later when we were waiting for our room, we saw a customer who came running highlighting how he was stuck in lift for 45 minutes and no staff member was their for his rescue, Yikes! Talk about hospitality!
After 40 (3:40 pm)minutes of waiting, we got our rooms where the AC was on but had no cooling, we went to front desk and told about our query and they said it should be working soon. We went back to our room and for good 30-40 minutes the lights kept fluctuating (8 times, trust me I counted it), we got super angry we kept going back and forth to desk (and let me remind you there was no electricity & lift was not working + we were provided rooms on 2nd floor, talk about cardio)we asked front desk as to why we were put in situation, it was extremely hot and rooms were like sauna and they had the standard answer that it will come back.
There was no point of staying at hotel, we went to mall to dine in for lunch and came back after 2-3 hours later, we talked to desk before entering our room that if electricity was working, they told us it was working. And what a disappointing situation, 15 minutes entering the room, the electricity went out....it was the peek of the situation, we called the front asking as to why we were put in this situation and asked for a refund and told them we gave a full price yet the service were horrible. And we got the best reply, the reception cut out call, just straight up hanged up my call! This was the moment I was done with the hotel! I went to front desk and asked for an explanation for such an act and they had one of the most unprofessional reply " he is new, we are sorry, please stay in your room" my boyfriend had to jump in because it was close to 8 PM. After good hours of talk, the desk promised us that if the electricity goes out again, they would initiate a refund.
But fortunately the electricity didn't go but this harrasment by hotel and management is not worth your money and time.
Furthermore, a lot of things listed on the property weren't present, like no bath tub, no bath robes,etc. This was my first time seeing in hospitality industry that towels were charged extra.
Overall the experience was horrible, we were given no compensation for the harrasment. Would not recommend...

After breakfast on the way, my father wanted to use the toilet. I remembered there was a petrol bunk nearby and I was on the way to the bunk when I spotted Regenta Inn on one side and a hospital on the other side. I trusted my instinct and decided to get into the inn and ask to use the toilet for my father. The receptionist Kiran initially said that they do not allow public to use the toilet. I requested and also offered to pay to use the toilet. He obliged and I got my father into the inn. Kiran suggested we use the toilet that was near the dining hall as the one in the reception was quite small and not senior-friendly. My father finished the job and I thanked Kiran for letting us use the services of the inn. This toilet also could have been bigger, but maybe it was not meant for seniors.
